We recently moved into a new home and asked Air Group to do a servicing of our HVAC systems and check on a struggling AC system. Our technician, James, arrived promptly and was methodical in his inspection and maintenance of our home’s systems. James took his time, walking me through how our systems were set up/connected, how they worked on a technical and scientific level, as well as things to watch for. He corrected some wrongs that were made previously and was incredibly patient in answering my questions and explaining what I should be doing for maintenance.
We had a water leak from an attic mounted A/C air handler. The service tech. was knowledgeable and thorough in analyzing the problem. After making the necessary repairs he checked out the entire system and reviewed what he did and why. A few other aspects of my dealings with Air Group: They handle inquiries and arrange appointments quickly and efficiently. The service tech arrived at the appointed time. The cost of the repair was less than I anticipated.
I just began my maintenance service with Air Group and I’m happy to have them! The service person sent out was thorough and answered any questions I had. My units are in great working order however the company who installed my HVAC didn’t cover the outdoor pipes effectively. They sent me a quote that same day outlining cost and what would be done. Everyone was A+ all around.
I have been a faithful customer of Air Group since 1990. I am definitely leaving the US, and I wanted to write a review about this wonderful company. Air Group is an amazing, and professional company. Their technicians, are professionals, ethicals, and extremely polite. Air Group has installed my boiler, and my AC in two different houses. The service and the quality of their work was impeccable. I recommend them highly. I had to work abroad for 8 years and they maintained my boiler and my AC in perfect shape. James, the technician that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and proceeded to run a diagnostics and fixed the issue. In addition to that he stayed for a little while just to make sure that it was running properly and cooling down the house. I cannot recommend Air Group enough!
Excellent service from start to finish! We converted our home from an oil to a gas furnace and we had no idea what was involved in the process. Our sales rep Jimy Zapata explained everything perfectly and made us feel very confident in our decision. On installation day all of the employees were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always on time. They also finished the installation quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be using them for any services in the future! I highly recommend.
