James, the technician that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and proceeded to run a diagnostics and fixed the issue. In addition to that he stayed for a little while just to make sure that it was running properly and cooling down the house. I cannot recommend Air Group enough!
