I called OTR and the owner Jeton answered the phone. I told him I wanted to replace the roof and gutters and needed a quote. He came to my house soon. He was a very professional and reliable man, he explained everything with patience. He gave a 25-year guarantee for the materials and labor for the roof and provided financial options for me which was 18 months with a 0% interest loan. He understood my needs and used good materials to secure my property. He was there to check on the job. His crew was also very professional and did the job on time. Also, the gutter installer, Sam did a great job too. I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend OTR to my friends and neighbors. Great job!!!
