If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to cancel your subscription from the date you created your business listing.
To be eligible for a refund, your listing must have been live no later than 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive your listing cancelation request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the subscription.
If your cancellation and refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within a5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellation of the Appointment Policy
You may request to cancel an appointment 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment time and a refund will be issued automatically.
If you request to cancel an appointment later than 48 hours from the appointment date we will not accept it
